I apologize for any misunderstanding. Credit card authorizations can be a bit confusing. The $100 security deposit you are seeing is just an authorization and not an actual charge. 

When you booked with us our computer system verifies your credit card account is valid and that you have the available funds in your account. Authorization holds last up to 7 days and after we confirmed with our cleaning team that there is no damage, the $100 security deposit will be released back to your account.
