“Check-out Day”

- Please be respectful of the checkout time as your booking will expires at 11:00 am on {Checkout_Date}.

- Our Cleaning service team is very punctual and will arrive at 11:00 am and often has a short time in between bookings to get the apartments ready for the next guest.

- Booking extensions should be submitted the day before checking out. Any requests received on checkout day will be automatically declined.

- Your "Access Code" will stop working at 11:15 am on {Checkout_Date} . If you need to go back in the unit after 11:15 am you will have to get in touch with us or our cleaners so we can let you in.

- If the cleaners arrive at 11:00 am and they are turned back because you have not checked out there will be a $150 added to your bill and any extension or late checkout request will be automatically declined.

- In addition, you will be responsible for any refund given to the next guest (IF ANY) if you are in possession of the unit past 12:00 pm.
