HOUSE RULES
I have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can enjoy your stay in any of my Rentals, while also respecting the home and neighbors. Following these rules will greatly help me as property manager and hosts by making sure the guests needs and the home are taken care of during your stay.
★★★ You agree to use our 3rd Party Property Management App to begin check in process online and to provide basic information about the timing you will be arriving/leaving, your mobile number if you would like to receive your check in details "Door Codes" and to communicate with me faster via text message, as well as your email to receive important instructions during your stay.
★★★ “CHECK-IN” is at 3pm. Arriving slightly earlier? These is subject to availability and may incur half/full day charges, also, since we are in a very high demand area we are usually unable to accommodate it. Just let us know if you will be in town earlier and we will be happy to send you a message once the apartment is ready for you.
★★★ “CHECK OUT” is by 11am. Our Cleaning service team is very punctual and will arrive exactly at 11am and often has a short time between guests to get the apartments ready for the next guest, so there will be a $50 fee for anyone who has not checked-out by that time. In addition, you will be responsible for any refund given to the next guest (IF ANY) if you are in possession of the unit past 1pm.
★★ “Self-Luggage Drop Off”: We have designated a “Storage Closet” located on the 1st floor between units 107 and 109, use the same door code as your apartment. Keep in mind that this is a multi-family building and that you might be sharing the closet with other Guests. Also, the space is only suitable if you have no more than 2 small and 2 med size luggages. Only Guests that are Checking in or Checking Out are allowed to use the storage space.
★★ If you’re coming to the city area to “PARTY” you’ve picked a great one to do so. Unfortunately, just not at our place. Locals need to communicate prior to instant booking specially for same day check in. We kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10pm until 8am. Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.
★ Please be respectful of “Bed Sheets and Towels”. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
★ Being a family multi family building, we also have a “No Smoking Policy”, failure to comply with this rule will result in a $250 fine (although you are welcome to smoke 25 feet from either out front or back). You might be asked to provide this acknowledgment code “ZERO SMOKE” during the conversation.
★ We ask that you kindly respect our “Maximum Occupancy” requirement of 2 per studio and 4 per One Bedroom units. We have this in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you.
★ Pets: We are animal lovers, but unfortunately, we do not allow “Pets” in the rentals.
