HOUSE MANUAL
Overview
I ask that you treat my Rentals as if it were your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. I also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as I have a close relationship with my neighbors and do not want to cause any problems.
Parking

Parking anywhere in downtown Long Beach is difficult. Please read all parking signs to avoid getting a ticket. There is also a paid parking on the same block across the street (468 W 3rd St, Long Beach, California) that charges $20 daily without in/out privileges.
They also offer monthly parking for a one-time low fee. But please be aware they will close at 10:00 PM and they will open back at 6:30 AM, so during those hours you will not have access to your vehicle. If you have any other questions, please call the parking lot directly at 310-431-6050.
Self-Check In
This is a “Self-Check In” property featuring Electronic Door Locks that allow you to check in by yourself 24/7, you understand this and certify you are capable of following the instructions that will be available within 72 hours prior to your check in date, and also that you will read the entire House Rules and House Manual before arrival as we have prepared the answers to most frequently asked questions in advance for your convenience.
Luggage Drop Off
“Self-Luggage Drop Off”: We have designated a “Storage Closet” located on the 1st floor between units 107 and 109, use the same door code as your apartment. Please keep in mind that this is a multi-family building and you might be sharing the closet with other Guests. Also, the space is only suitable if you have no more than 2 small and 2 medium size luggage. Only Guests that are Checking in or Checking Out are allowed to use the storage.
Trash Disposal
You will find trash bags in the kitchen. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the blue trash container located on the alley behind the building. Trash gets picked up by the city every other day.
Long Stays Cleanings
When staying longer than 30 days we can offer you a free cleaning per month, just let us know and we will schedule for you, if more cleanings are needed we can schedule for an additional $39 each.
Broken Items
If for any reason you break an item during your stay, please let me know. I understand that accidents happen, but in order for me to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, I will need to know that it is broken. I appreciate your honesty.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is located on the 3rd Floor and the door code is 2002# or 1001# using the stairs in the backside of the building. If you need coins just go to the nearest Supermarket store “TOP VALU” which is only 3 blocks away at the corner of 5th ST and Pacific Ave. Also keep in mind this grocery store closes at 10:00pm.
Smart TV 50”
We have smart TV’s with free access to NETFLIX, if for any reason the account has been logged out just let us know and we will provide the login information for you. Some of our TV’s also have an antenna for local channels. Unfortunately, we do not offer cable.
WIFI
The WIFI Name is THIRD AIRBNB, and the password is airbnb123.
Heat
If you don't see a manual thermostat just simply open the bottom door of the heater and you will see the button to control the heater temperature.
Electrical
Please make sure to not use any of the below electrical items simultaneously. The use of 2 or more of these at the same time will trip the breakers causing a power outage, since the breakers are not located inside the apartment, we will have to wait until someone from our maintenance team is available to come to the building and reset breakers for you, if this happens late night or on a weekend might not be resolved until the next morning, thanks for your cooperation and enjoy your stay.
