Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Without the required documents booking might get cancelled, the damage deposit is hold for 7 days at the time, if your booking is longer than 7 days then it will renew for another 7 days and the previous one gets released, so it will continue to renew every 7 days until after you check out.
